About Heather

For nearly two decades, I've been dedicated to nurturing young minds and creating positive childhood experiences. My passion lies in fostering each child's unique growth and development while providing families with dependable care. I am patient, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for up to two children, ages 0-11. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, including written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I hold certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I also have experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, as well as Early Child Development Coursework and some college. I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
