Heather first off is very personable and very kind. She engages the kids and gets to know the whole family. She is thorough and also flexible. Many times well come in after her having been there to find things that had long seen the light of day discovered and placed nearly together. Shes not afraid to move a few things so she can to places that need love and attention. She follows directions very well and is just a joy to have a professional cleaning service help do some organizing too!
