I was in a pinch with my parents not able to clean up their house prior to guests coming in for the holiday weekend. Heather was a blessing with her ease of communication, responsiveness, and flexibility to help out. The results speak for themself as my parents are looking forward to hiring her again in the future.

Heather has cleaned for me for about a year. She is reliable, trustworthy and a very good cleaner. She adapts easily to our changing needs and always has a great attitude. She doesn’t judge, and she is good to the pets. Heather is a class act, through and through. 

"Heather is awesome!" That was my very picky, very type-A mom's assessment of Heather's work. :-) Not only was her work awesome, her communication at every turn was completely professional. She kept in constant touch as we tried to nail down a day and time for her first cleaning and then called in advance to confirm, knowing my mom is elderly and her schedule can be fluid due to health problems.  Heather arrived exactly on time and  was even so kind as to wait in her car for fifteen minutes at my mom's request because she wasn't quite ready for her. Top notch cleaner, top notch person!

This woman could not have been more disrespectful and rude. She came into my home with what looked like her bf, shady people, and they walked around for 15 minutes and both left after a bunch of whispering. Never came back. I have never had such a terrible experience. She had even done a walk through and agreed to clean prior. Do NOT hire this women she is untrustworthy and will offend you in your own home. Cannot stress this enough.

Heather applied to our housekeeping job and following that we had a phone interview in which we discussed each other's needs. We then arranged to meet the next day at our home so that she could get to know our family, our home, and show her around. We also scheduled a tentative start date for her the day after that first visit, but I never heard back from her after our phone interview. I texted several times in an attempt to reschedule, and even asked her to please let me know if she was at least receiving my messages, but still I never heard back from her. She seemed nice and experienced, but in my experience with her, unreliable. A text to cancel or to say it may not be a good fit for her would have sufficed.

We hired Heather to clean our Dad's house.  She did a fantastic job!!  My Dad has a lot of nick knacks and Heather dusted all of them one by one and the cabinets that they were on.  She was very friendly and professional.  The house has not looked this good in a while!!

Heather has been such an enormous help for my husband and me!  We each work about 60 hours a week, and I was looking for someone willing to help with not just cleaning, but weird odds and ends from helping me fold laundry to small errands to packaging food prep with a food saver to unpacking my Amazon bulk orders and putting the stuff away/breaking down the boxes.  
Heather has been very accommodating and game for any household chores!  She does a great job, and helps me stay focused on my organizing goals!  I highly recommend her!

I hired Heather a few months ago to clean my neglected house.  She did such a great job, we now have a recurring monthly cleaning.  Heather is very dependable and a great communicator.  If something comes up and either of our schedules needs to change she is easy to get in touch with and always replies.  She is thorough and very consciences in cleaning my house. I highly recommend Heather to anyone wanting help keeping their house clean.

Heather was wonderful! My 8 month old tried to get in her way while she was cleaning and she stopped and said hi to my daughter and made her laugh. She did a great job cleaning while working around nap time and our two cats. I definitely would recommend Heather, she is dependable and does a great job!
