About Heather

I hold a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and previously worked as a case manager supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, I managed up to five households simultaneously while supervising 20-30 direct support professionals, ensuring each home maintained high standards of care, organization, and consistency. I am also a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and ferrets throughout my life. I currently have three Chihuahuas of my own. My background includes administering medications, managing complex medical and behavioral care needs for animals, and providing dependable pet sitting and drop-in care for neighbors since I was 15 years old. I am currently seeking opportunities in pet sitting, dog walking, and direct support services for individuals who need assistance with daily living tasks. I am passionate about helping others while supporting their independence, dignity, and autonomy whenever possible.
