About Heather

My name is Heather and I am a 47-year-old married mother of two boys. When my first son was born I quit my job and stayed home for 10 years. My husband is a school teacher and basketball coach. Our family is very involved in the basketball program. I went to work at a credit union for six years but it just wasn't fulfilling my heart. I was missing the pure joy that only children can bring. I have been working full time for a wonderful family for 4 years. I started with them when J was 9 weeks old. I have taken care of everything related to him from laundry to making home-made baby food. He is about to turn 4 and we frequent the local parks and try to make every day an adventure. J is now in preschool & that has greatly reduce their dependence on me. I'm just looking to see what other opportunities there might be available in the next 6 months. Infants are my passion and my ideal would be a family I could stay with for 2-4 years. I truly believe that children are God's greatest gift.
