About Heather

I'm a concierge registered nurse with 13 years of experience specializing in geriatrics. I provide comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of older adults. My services include medication management and wound care, post-operative recovery support, dementia/Alzheimer's care, home safety assessments, as well as end-of-life support. I bring the full range of nursing clinical skills into the home setting, helping seniors remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. In addition, I serve as a dedicated advocate and care coordinator - communicating with physicians, arranging specialist referrals, and ensuring that every aspect of care aligns with the goals and preferences of the client and their family. My mission is to take the stress out of managing complex medical needs so families can focus on quality time with their loved one.
