About Heather

I have hands-on experience caring for seniors and individuals who are physically and cognitively impaired, including those living with dementia and Alzheimer's. My caregiving background includes assisting with bathing and showering, brief changes, feeding, mobility support, companionship, running errands, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for individuals who can no longer care for themselves independently. Caring for others comes naturally to me, and I approach each client with patience, compassion, and a deep respect for their dignity and independence. I am highly organized, efficient, and hardworking, with a strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to going the extra mile. I understand the importance of safety, routine, and consistency, and I strive to provide dependable, thoughtful care that helps clients feel secure and respected.
