Heather has been a full-time nanny with us for over a year and she has been the best thing that has ever happened to our family. Heather has such a natural talent for caring for toddlers and has all the energy needed to keep them busy and tire them out. They go to the zoo, the park, any splash pad they can find. She comes up with arts and crafts on her own. She has helped significantly with learning and potty training and getting in the routine they will need in order to be ready for preschool. She's punctual, she's wonderful with my kids and I just don't know what I would do with her!
