Originally from London, UK. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant & Senior Fitness Trainer with 5 years of dedicated senior care experience. My background also spans personal assistance & office management, giving me a combination of clinical competence, organizational skills, & a polished, professional presence. CPR & First Aid certified, I bring comprehensive medical support to every engagement - from medication management to detailed reports & record keeping. I have experience with dementia & stroke patients. I believe that great senior care extends beyond medical duties. Nutrition, hygiene, & fitness are cornerstones of my practice, & I take genuine pride in motivating my clients to feel their best. I am a passionate cook & love preparing nourishing meals that support my clients' health & bring enjoyment to their day. Socializing, getting outside for walks, local events & shows are also extremely important for mental & emotional health & it's my joy to accompany and provide transport.
