I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Personal Trainer. CPR and First Aid trained. I am compassionate, professional, & detail-oriented with 4 years of senior experience (including live in). I can provide excellent references. Clean background check and drivers license. I adapt to changing routines and can de-escalate stressful situations. I have dementia experience. I can efficiently keep medical records, manage medications and track progress / changes with daily reports. Hygiene, nutrition & exercise are very important to me. I am able to encourage & motivate my clients in these areas. I love working with seniors. It brings me great joy building strong relationships with my clients and their families; to be that person they can trust & depend upon. I am reliable, I don't have children or pets. I love to cook, garden & hike. Non smoker, fit 5ft, 10. I try my best to be a well rounded caregiver, balancing my medical duties with a warm & encouraging personality for companionship.
