Heather made an excellent effort to start the job. She came once and worked very diligently. We scheduled for her to return but she had conflicts with her other job. We tried again but she never showed. She didn’t show up as scheduled nor did she communicate that she would not be coming. Heather is a likable individual but was not dependable.
