About Heather

Hello, my name is Heather . I'm a wife and mother to three young adults and two four-legged fur babies. I've spent the last 6 years working as a Nanny and I love it. Prior to that I spent 9 years working in a Childcare/Preschool and a Elementary school. I also have experience working with children on the spectrum including my own son who was diagnosed with Asperger's, OCD and ADHD at an early age. I have over 90 hours of Education/Professional Development in areas ranging from Learning Environments, Health & Safety, Cognitive Development, Emergency Planning, Curriculum & Development, Safety & Nutrition and more. I also recently completed the Little Big Feelings course which was an incredible insight into toddlers and helping them manage their big emotions. I am willing to help with date nights and the occasional weekend sitting jobs as well. I also have a current background check as of 12/20/2022 which I can provide to you via email.
