About Heather

Hi, my name is Heather. I've spent the last 8 years working as a Nanny and I love it. Prior to that I spent 10 years working in a Childcare/Preschool setting and as a para in an Elementary school setting. I have experience working with children on the spectrum and previously worked for Arion Care Solutions as a Direct Care Provider. I have over 90 hours of Education/Professional Development in areas such as Learning Environments, Health & Safety, Cognitive Development, Emergency Planning, Curriculum & Development, Safety & Nutrition and more. I have completed the Little Big Feelings course which was an incredible insight into toddlers and helping them manage their big emotions. I prioritize clear communication with Parents and I have strong worth ethic which is evident in my schedule adherence and commitment to the families I work for.
