About Heather

Hi! I recently retired after 27 years working in education, where I supported students from kindergarten through 12th grade in roles including teaching, school counseling, and college & career advising. I love helping students feel more confident and less overwhelmed, whether that's with schoolwork, staying organized, or figuring out what comes next after high school. In addition to academics, I've spent years supporting students with things like study skills, time management, goal setting, and planning for their post-secondary path and future careers. I'm very patient, easy to talk to, and I try to meet each student where they are. I also understand how important communication is with parents, so I always aim to keep everyone on the same page.
