About Heather

Hello. I am looking to make a significant career change in my life at this time, due to many reasons which I am more than happy to share, if I am asked. I completed a BA degree from CSULB in Health and Human Services, completed a MS degree from CSUF in Gerontology, and completed a MS degree from USC in Social Work. I have been licensed in four states as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and still have active LCSW licensure in 4 states. I have lived in many different states, and worked in many different jobs including home health, hospice, palliative care, acute rehab, long term care, skilled nursing, inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient therapy, and as a contractor in behavioral health on military bases. I have extensive experience working with clients/patients with dementia, acute and chronic health conditions, very complex health issues, and acute and chronic pain. I have no criminal background, I do not smoke, do not drink, and I do not use drugs.
