About Heather

Hi! I've been working with kids for a long time and truly love what I do. I've been a private nanny for 4 years, worked in a homeschool co-op for the last 5 years, and spent 8 years in a church nursery. I've also worked in childcare facilities and Mother's Day Out programs, so I'm comfortable with different ages, routines, and family styles. I'm very responsible, organized, and consistent -- parents know they can count on me. I value structure, clear communication, and creating a calm, safe environment where kids feel secure and cared for. I enjoy supporting daily routines, learning, and play in a balanced way.
