Heather was very compassionate and dependable caregiver for my mother. We kept mom at home with hospice the last 5 months of her life. Without Heather's constant professional help the last few months would have been very difficult. She was very consistent and only missed one day because of a bad snow storm. She is very knowledgeable about different things I should ask hospice to provide. Hospice provided everything I asked for but as this was my first time with a parent dying , I wasn't sure what all I needed at home. Communication was very easy. We usually set up a plan a week ahead based on my and her schedules. Hospice was there, but I only received about 3 hours a week of assistance. I knew my mother was well taken care of when Heather was there.
