About Heather

I'm a dependable, caring, and responsible caregiver looking for occasional babysitting! I am CPR and First Aid trained and have experience working with children as an instructor with a local marching band. I'm also the mom of a 6-year-old, giving me hands-on experience with children from infancy through school age. I believe in being actively involved with children rather than simply supervising. I enjoy outdoor play, games, crafts, reading, and fun educational activities that keep kids engaged and learning. Communication with parents is very important to me. I follow family routines, provide updates when needed, and strive to create a safe, positive environment. I work full-time at a 911 center, so my availability varies, but I have many days off and am often able to accommodate occasional care needs with advance notice.
