About Heather

Heather has been an incredible support to our family for over 15 years. She began as a caregiver for our twin daughters when they were young and later transitioned into a family assistant role as they grew older. Throughout the years, Heather has consistently proven herself to be trustworthy, dependable, and attentive. She is always punctual, organized, and brings positive, kind-hearted energy into our home. As both a mom herself and a certified swim instructor, Heather went above and beyond traditional childcare. She not only ensured our daughters were safe and well cared for, but also nurtured their growth with special projects, like providing private swim instruction in our pool, which took their skills to the next level. She connects beautifully with children through play, clear communication, and genuine interest in their development. Heather is both flexible and proactive. She follows directions well, but also shows initiative in noticing what needs to be done and taking care of it. She is extremely organized, neat, and reliable, whether that’s preparing nutritious meals, keeping the kitchen tidy, or handling the many side tasks that support a busy household. Working with Heather feels like being on the same team. She puts her whole heart into everything she does, and her care is of the highest caliber. I would highly recommend Heather for any position involving children or supporting a family. She has been a tremendous help to us, and any family would be lucky to have her.
