Nurturing children's growth and supporting families are my passions. I have 15 years of teaching and have been a caregiver 10 years. I provide reliable in-home care, believing it benefits everyone. I am patient, friendly, and lead with kindness. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, often keeping a daily journal to track progress. Positive guidance and encouragement are essential for building trust and respect when reinforcing household rules. I enjoy joining children in their play, letting their creativity lead. This hands-on approach, combined with positive reinforcement, helps build confidence and imagination. I hold a college degree and am a Certified Teacher with Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid.
