About Heather

Hi, I am Heather. I currently am a caregiver and have done so now for over five years. My clients have ranged from elderly to young adults. I have handled cases of dementia, Down's syndrome, wheelchair and walker bound, and seizures. I am able to assist with many daily personal assistance needs, whatever they may be. Each persons needs are unique to their lives, and I am open to discussing what your needs are. While I am not a registered nurse or health aide, I have and am able to help with most personal needs, such as showering and bathing. I am available for running errands, doctors visits, cooking, cleaning, organizing, as well as teaching nutrition healing, yoga and massage, which is something else I do besides care giving.
