About Heather

I hold a college degree in psychology/sociology. My experience is working with adults and seniors who live with phvsical, medical, mental health and social barriers. I enjoy assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands and more, inwhich I take pride in doing in a friendly and positive manner. I prioritize building a deep connection by learning each person's history and preferences. My favorite part of care giving is spending quality time talking with clients and keeping them sociallv active with leisure activities they love such as crafting, playing cards, or reading to them as well as helping them discover new activities. Due to my specific educational and work experience when challenges arise I excel at redirecting attention and adapting to changing routines and behaviors to ensure a calm and supportive environment. I prioritize communication, and look forward to bringing kindness and peace of mind to each home
