About Heather

I am a dependable, compassionate caregiver and animal lover who brings a calm, grounded presence into the home. My current qualifications include certified yoga instruction, meditation instruction; holistic nutrition; trauma-informed somatic coaching; and plant-based culinary chef. I offer personalized, non-medical support based on each person's needs, preferences, and routines. This may include companionship, assistance with activities of daily living, nourishing meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, appointment accompaniment, and family updates. I also bring 28 yrs of experience that includes massge therapy, hospital experience as an orderly, unit secretary, and CNA and nursing school and EMT. I do not provide these services currently. I am patient, reliable, respectful of independence, and happy to work in homes with pets. I provide non-medical care only and do not offer skilled nursing or services requiring an active clinical license.
