I'm a certified birth and postpartum doula and an empty nester who has raised three children of my own. After years of caring for families and building a career in health and human services, I'm now focusing on the work that brings me the most joy-supporting new parents and their babies. As I continue to grow my doula practice, I'm offering infant care to families who need gentle, reliable support. I understand newborn routines, feeding cues, and the importance of a calm, nurturing presence. Whether you need short-term help, part-time care, or just an extra set of hands, I'll care for your baby with the same attentiveness and love I brought to raising my own.
