About Heather

For two decades, I've been dedicated to nurturing children's growth and development. My passion stems from a deep desire to positively impact young lives, especially after working with children who have special needs, including muscular dystrophy, diabetes, cystic fibrosis, autism, anxiety, learning disabilities, and attachment difficulties. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and will always communicate with you about your child's day using your preferred method. I have a graduate degree, First Aid Training, and Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience. I'm also a Certified Teacher. I'm comfortable caring for one child and happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I look forward to bringing my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
