About Heather

Hello, I'm a mature, well rounded person with a college degree in French, and am a Feldenkrais Practitioner (movement teacher) helping children to improve their scooter skills, shave time off their obstacle course, walk like a T-Rex.... in a fun, interactive manner that expands their coordination, balance and self-confidence. I seek to find a balance between boundaries and giving children room to express themselves. In this spirit, I also offer crafts, games., yet make room for kids to entertain themselves and have down time. I'm just finishing a 3 year time with a family of 2 young children and a pet. I have looked after kids of all ages and deaf children many of which had other challenges as well. While at school in France, I supported 3 children to advance their English skills. I'm a non-smoker, have transportation, and am open to incorporating pet care, and other tasks. I'd love to connect with you and hear more about your family and needs. All the best, Heather
