About Heather

With over 20 years of professional experience I am more than a caregiver. I am a companion, a friend and an advocator. I take pride in my ability to read people and understand their needs. I have worked with young adult up to elderly all the way to hospice. Technically I am trained in many aspects of care. I have over seen diabetic care, including injections. I can use hoyer lifts, sit to stands, transfer boards, and all other standard care equipment. I have experienced with catheters, colostomy bags, feeding tubes, and tracheotomies. I have 16 years of adult foster care experience in management, specializing in mental health and developmental disabilities. I also have 2 years of in home health experience. I have worked in the field and have been the general manager to a large in home company. I am looking forward to hearing from you and caring for your loved ones.
