About Heatheer

Two years ago I had lost my twins. I had another child after their loss. She was in the NICU for 42 days. I had stepped back from my teaching position to be home with her and said I would be willing to sub as needed. I was called at 7am and asked if I could come in as there were no other subs to cover a class. They were all in use in other classrooms. I called Heatheer and she said bring her over. I quickly scribbled out a basic schedule and packed her bag and mine and headed over. Heatheer met me at the door and assured me she would be fine. While I was subbing, Heatheer sent me picture updates and reports throughout the day. She knew I was having a hard time not being with my daughter and made sure I knew what my daughter’s day was like. When I went to pick my daughter up, Heatheer went over the day, told me how well she ate and easy she was to put down for naps. She even said my schedule was on point within 10 minutes of what I had written down. This told me she stuck to the schedule and followed what I had said. Heatheer took the time to remember what my child had done, liked and didn’t like. As she told me about her day I could feel all the love Heatheer has for my daughter. She told me about some resources that my daughter may enjoy like local play groups. Heatheer’s care and love of children truly put my mind at ease when she watched my daughter. I will definitely call her anytime I am called in to sub. I know my daughter will be treated as her own.
