About Hays

Hey! My name is Hayley but you can call me Hays! I'm a lifelong Alaskan, parent to three kids, and birth and postpartum doula with over 6 years of experience working with perinatal families. I'm passionate about what I do because I know I make a difference in parents' experiences and their overall wellbeing! I specialize in postpartum support, lactation education, sleep, and perinatal mood disorders. When you're well cared for, you're better able to recover from birth, care for your loved ones, and have better mental health outcomes. Sleep is essential, newborn life is hard, and you deserve the help! In my free time I love to hike, hit the gym, do random projects, and spend quality time with my kiddos.
