 My mother was a teacher, so it has always been a personal fulfillment to share my time, care and my joy of life with children as well as being a part of their learning and growing experience. I have nannied for wonderful families in New York for the last 15+years, age ranging from newborn to 13 years old, with me as your family's nanny you can count on feeling secure that your child is safe , learning and loved. I currently work for a wonderful family in Brooklyn with three amazing children for 8 wonderful Year's, while also helping other families with date night sitting and summer help. Please read my availability, also I am looking for a position in Brooklyn(near Crown Heights area) *minimum 5 hours for date nights. I am adult and infant CPR and AED certified, as well as First Aid certified, and fully vaccinated (Covid, MMR, Flu&Tdap). I am a nonsmoker and animal lover. I hope to be the perfect fit.

Haysell was such an amazing sitter to our baby. Very sweet and communicative. I felt my baby was in good hands.

Our whole household agrees that Haysell is the best babysitter we've ever worked with! Our almost 2 year-old daughter loves playing and reading with her, always trying to push her bedtime so she can sneak in a few extra stories. And the dog of house, who is really the hardest sell, immediately warmed to Haysell and is happy to see her every time she's over. She is warm, kind, flexible and easy to talk to. We completely trust her and would recommend her to anyone! 

Haysell is wonderful! My kids took to her right away and had a hard time "sharing" her. She was extremely punctual (early!), kind, fun, and open to the activities my kids wanted to do with her. My son has some special needs, and she made him feel seen and safe. My daughter couldn't get enough "go fish" time with her. We recommend Haysell and would love to work with her again.

Haysell is amazing and such a pro. Our daughter felt comfortable with her super quickly and really enjoyed their time together. She is super warm, kind and caring and made the whole process easy. We’ll definitely hire her again.

Haysell was the first babysitter we hired since having son and she was wonderful. Our son was smiling and laughing with her from the minute she entered our apartment. Her warm demeanor and amazing experience put us at all ease, we will definitely be hiring her again!

Haysell is amazing!  We wanted to hire her as a full-time nanny but she had already accepted another offer at the time.  When our current nanny (who is also wonderful), was recently out on vacation, Haysell filled in for several days, and went above and beyond to help us.  We were in the middle of a move, and things were a little chaotic around the house with 4 adults and a baby, but Haysell never skipped a beat.  She has a calming, reassuring presence.  Our infant daughter was having a hard time falling asleep in the travel crib we had to put her in because her normal crib was being packed by the movers.  Haysell did not hesitate to lay on the floor next to the crib so that our baby felt safe and could fall asleep.  Haysell also helped prepare / cook a week's worth of food for the baby that we could freeze as we knew that we likely would not be able to do much cooking the following week in our new house.  I only wish Haysell lived closer to us so that we would hire more often for date nights and weekends!

Haysell cared for our 5 month old as if she was her own! We do not have enough good things to say about her.  In a short time, she became an extension of our family.  Our daughter was immediately comfortable with her - she has so much patience, she's kind and caring and we never had to worry when our daughter was in Haysell's care.  We love her!

Haysell is the BEST. She isn't the type of sitter who just plops the TV on and plays with her phone. She is hands on and so present. My youngest has sensory and she is so patient with him. I wish I could keep her all to my family, we absolutely adore her and trust her. She is a gem.

Haysell is our date night nanny, we have had her for date night help (and summer break) for almost 7yrs, she was tons of help during Covid as I am a nurse and my husband is a firefighter. She is absolutely a godsend and we wish we could have her work with us full time but our kids are older now and mostly in school all day and evening. Our three children love her she doesn't forget birthdays or holidays (every year for 7yrs) with a call or card. My children speak Spanish so well because of Haysell that we took a trip to Spain and had our children translated (very enjoyable vacation) and they are currently all in top grades because of her encouragements. She is just absolutely the best, and any family that has her will be fortunate.

Hi everyone, I would like to take a moment and tell you about Haysell. 
Haysell worked as our nanny for about two years, she was a blessing, my kids loved her! She handled my two kids better than any nanny before her. The kids loved her cooking and her reading to them but mostly her silly ways of making a bad day better, that the kids say as hard as I try I can't be on her funny level. We moved due to my work and it was a 19 mile each way drive for Haysell that between tolls and gas just seemed too much to put her through. Once she found a replacement family we had a big fare well dinner, and she still calls and never misses a birthday or Christmas. Sad to say I have been through four Nannies and not one has been as reliable and motivated as Haysell.

Even my small Maltese dog misses her, he would wait by the door for weeks for her. She was and is the best and I wish we could have kept her, but my son is now full time in school with after school care and let's out in time for me to pick him up. I would love to see Haysell share her love for family values and children with a great family. She helped my son from walking, talking, reading, even potty training all these milestones where attributed to the positive reinforcement given by Haysell, and we wish for her new family to know that we lost a nanny but gained a family member.
