About Haylie

Nurturing a child's development is my true passion, and I find deep fulfillment in making a positive impact on their lives. Over the past two years, I have honed my ability to provide attentive, reliable care for up to three children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. My approach is patient, creative, and calm, ensuring that every child feels supported and engaged. I am comfortable enforcing household rules consistently and maintain open communication through your preferred method, whether that is verbal updates at pickup or regular texts. I love organizing outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities to spark imagination. Since I am a skilled swimmer, I am happy to provide expert supervision in the water. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure safety at all times. I look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your family's daily life.
