Hello! My name is Hayley and I have been working with kids professionally for the past 6 years, but have over 9 years experiance with kids! I would love a nanny/ household manager position that would idealy be long term and full time! I am able to provide parents with comfort and security of having someone trustworthy watching their little ones. I love playing with kids and helping them with homework, and I am able to clean up after the children and do laundry and cook for them if I need to. I have my license and my own vehicle and also have a clear record. With a free availability. I got certified in adult and infant CPR two years ago and feel comfortable having to do so if needed. Hayley has nannied full-time for our family for almost 2 years. I cannot say enough kind words about her. She is extremely reliable, punctual and trustworthy. She is also the most patient and calm person I have ever met. She can de-escalate big feelings and sibling issues like a pro. My kids absolutely adore her and had such a strong strong bond with her. She started with us when my little were 2 and 7 months and now they are 4, 2 and a new baby that's 7 months old. She's able to handle multiple children in different developmental stages with ease. My son struggled with speech early on and she helped ease his communication frustrations with her calm and understanding demeanor. She always kept the kids busy with activities and was engaging with all. Outside of taking amazing care of little ones, our house was always tidy and nice when we returned home from work, which is just an added perk. She was an amazing extension of us and we are so so grateful for our time together. I would highly recommend Hayley to any family seeking the the trusted care of a nanny.
