Hayley has nannied full-time for our family for almost 2 years. I cannot say enough kind words about her. She is extremely reliable, punctual and trustworthy. She is also the most patient and calm person I have ever met. She can de-escalate big feelings and sibling issues like a pro. My kids absolutely adore her and had such a strong strong bond with her. She started with us when my little were 2 and 7 months and now they are 4, 2 and a new baby that's 7 months old. She's able to handle multiple children in different developmental stages with ease. My son struggled with speech early on and she helped ease his communication frustrations with her calm and understanding demeanor. She always kept the kids busy with activities and was engaging with all. Outside of taking amazing care of little ones, our house was always tidy and nice when we returned home from work, which is just an added perk. She was an amazing extension of us and we are so so grateful for our time together. I would highly recommend Hayley to any family seeking the the trusted care of a nanny.
