Hello families! My name is Hayley W. I am college educated and a highly experience caregiver. I graduated from the University of Hawaii with my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. I have spent the a year in South Korea, teaching English to 5-year-old students! My work experience in different settings has given me so many opportunities to grow from. I consider myself to be passionate, patient and responsible! From my work experience and school courses, I've learned many fun, engaging and educational games and activities that I'm sure your children will love! I am moving to Phoenix for my teacher training program in Montessori education. I will be in online classes Tuesday through Thursdays from 4-7 PM, so I will be unavailable during those times. We were looking for a sitter with only a few days notice to watch our daughters. Hayley had availability and we texted to coordinate. Hayley was very sweet and warm when she cared for our daughters. We felt comfortable leaving them in her care. She showed up early and was a fast responder to anytime I reached out. She asked questions that I forgot to mention (diapers, bedtime etc). My older daughter who is usually shy around strangers warmed right up to Hayley as if they’re besties. Would highly recommend Hayley!
