About Hayley

Hello, I'm Hayley! I'm looking for a job that is stable with adequate pay and full-time with the flexibility for sick days incase of illness. Other than that I am very flexible with times needed and benefits. During my time with my local non-profit, I volunteered at elementary schools and daycare. I ended up becoming a counselor. Not only was I in charge of creating a curriculum at my volunteering events for childcare, but I was also in charge of the behavior & safety of 40+ kids at a time during the camp day. I also have extensive experience with teaching activities and development during COVID-19 thru helping raise my three siblings that are all under the age of 10. One thing you should know about me is I am always willing to learn and grow. While I may not have certain certifications, I am always willing to obtain them or learn given the opportunity. My skills include conflict management, emotional intelligence & management, and being adventurous.
