About Hayley

I am a loving and compassionate mother (and RN) looking for a regular position. I have been providing child care for over 10 years as a nanny, babysitter, and an infant daycare teacher. I am now a mother and I am extremely passionate about providing children with the most nurturing start in life possible. I thoroughly enjoy engaging with children, creating age-appropriate activities based on their interests, and providing endless learning opportunities. I follow many Montessori practices, I use baby sign language, I do not use screen time, and I believe in gentle parenting. I'm constantly researching ways to better guide children through early years and how to best help them reach their milestones and thrive. I'm passionate about creating a secure attachment with the children I care for and caring for them as my own. I can also assist with housework or errands. I would also have my 6-month-old daughter with me. I can provide care in your home or mine and my availability is flexible.
