About Hayley

Hello! My name is Hayley, and I would describe my personality as outgoing, caring, and creative! I have experience as a Behavioral Health Technician, in which I utilized applied behavioral analysis to work with my client on behavioral, social, and other goals. As a babysitter, I engage with kids and aid them with developmental strategies through communication, playing, and movement. I find it rewarding to see a child learn something new! One thing you should know about me is I am a graduate student at Kutztown University studying school counseling. I excel in caring for kids because I prioritize their emotional development and I truly care. My skills include food preparation, emotional nourishment, and fast acting in emergencies.
