About Hayley

I would describe myself as highly empathetic, enthusiastic, and genuinely kind hearted. I'm the perfect type of person to be working with children. I'm very nurturing and incredibly patient. I have read eight books on child development and raising emotionally intelligent children. I believe all children have the ability to thrive if they are taught the right tools that they need to do so. I know exactly how to make a child feel seen, understood, and unconditionally loved while also holding boundaries. One thing you should know about me is that im a special needs mom. I have two boys ages 7 and 8 who are both on the spectrum. I am prepared to deal with almost any meltdown or behavioral issue I may encounter with a child. My skills include working with special needs children, teaching children emotional intelligence, and newborn care.
