About Hayley

Hi! I'm Hayley, I'm 20 years old and attend Fort Lewis. I grew up the oldest of three girls. My parents are both educators in K-5 schools, with their career I have learned numerous skills to help encourage environments where children feel safe and welcome. I'd describe my personality as someone who enjoys being a helping hand, an active listener and adaptable. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them grow up and learn in an environment where they feel welcomed. I'm looking for a job that allows me to build connections with the children in a way in which helps the parents or guardians to feel a sense of relief that their children are being well cared for. My first jobs around the age of 12. I began nannying for a family of three at the age of 16. In my spare time, I like to do anything in the outdoors! One thing you should know about me is I am a planner, and appreciate having a set schedule. My skills include behavior management, safety training, and support.
