About Hayley

Hi! My name is Hayley and I'm a nursing student currently working in pediatrics. I've always had a passion for helping and caring for children, and I love supporting their growth, learning, and development in a safe and positive environment. I would describe myself as patient, calm, and friendly. I enjoy keeping kids engaged with outdoor activities, board games, puzzles, and educational games that encourage creativity and learning. My goal is always to create a fun and safe space where children feel comfortable and supported. Because of my healthcare background, safety and communication are very important to me. I'm very comfortable enforcing household routines and rules, and I always keep parents updated through text, phone, or whatever communication method they prefer.
