About Hayley

Hi there, my name is Hayley! I started out coaching competitive swimming, earned a degree in graphic design, but returned to childcare a few years ago and love it so much! I'm looking for 25-35 hours per week, with a minimum of a one-year commitment, and my rates start at $22/hour for one child. I have worked for 5 families since 2021, mostly part-time/as needed, as well as a full-time nanny/house manager to 3 boys ages 6, 8, and 10. I'm CPR/First Aid certified and have my own reliable car. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. In my personal time I love to bake cookies for my loved ones, host dinner parties, and grow in my relationship with the Lord! I look forward to meeting you.
