About Hayley

I'm an early childhood educator and caregiver with a passion for helping children learn and grow. I have three years of experience working with children of all ages, from toddlers to preteens. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I have a knack for making learning fun. I believe that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. I'm committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and expectations, and I'm always respectful of parents' wishes. I believe that good communication is essential, so I make sure to keep parents updated on their child's day, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup, regular text updates, or phone calls. I'm passionate about child development and have taken 100 hours of course work towards my CDA. I am certified in First Aid and CPR and pride myself in providing a safe environment.
