About Hayley

As a caregiver with seven years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles have been incredibly rewarding, and I'm motivated by the positive impact I can have on children's lives. I'm known for my calm and patient demeanor, and I love to engage children with creative and imaginative activities. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred communication method. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents, and I have experience caring for children with special needs. My diverse skill set includes CPR training and coursework in early child development. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and educational games.
