I have always loved working with kids. I started out babysitting for many families in my church as well as neighbor friends. I then got a job at a daycare facility and worked there for two and half years. I then transferred to another day care and worked there for 8 months. After that I worked in day cares and preschools for many years. I had the opportunity to start nannying and I loved it! I have my CDA. I love watching kids grow and learn new things.

Hayley has been helping us with our kids (9,11) for almost 2 years. She is so caring and always puts forth her best effort. She is very reliable which is an absolutely such a life saver for us!

Hayley nannied for my family over the summer and did a great job. She took the kids out every day, prepared meals, provided quiet time, and conflict resolution when needed. The kids had a great time with her. When they were in her care I didn't have to worry. She was very responsible, punctual, and reliable. We would definitely hire her again. 

Hayley is great! She Is highly qualified, always on time and does a great job working as an extension of us as parents. She not only watches our kids, but also helps hold them accountable and keeps them on schedule. No surprises and we really appreciate it.

Hayley has a great attitude, she was on time, and worked well with the children. She engaged the children in activities and ensured the safety of the kids. She took direction well and was eager to help. 

Hayley has been wonderful. 1. She is a good communicator. Always answers her texts and then texts me if things are not going according to plan. 2. She is a good driver. She had to drive my kids on freeway to activities. I was never worried. 3. She is really good with kids. I have very shy/introverted kids and she made them feel comfortable right away.

Hayley was great. She was flexible with scheduling  the day and time, reconfirmed the morning of and our kids loved her. Our youngest even had a spit up incident and she cleaned it up without complaint, concerned only for our son's well being. I definitely plan to use her again!


Hayley has watched my son once so far and did a great job. She showed up on time and my son felt safe and comfortable with her. I will be using her again.

My kids have a great time with Hayley; especially my 3 year old daughter. She has babysat my two toddlers several times now and is always on time and energetic. Hayley also keeps my house pretty clean when she babysits. I plan on using her again for date nights etc.

Hayley has watched my girls a few times and each time they have asked for her to come back. She was on time and very professional! I will be using her again!

Hayley came and helped me when I was traveling in town for work, and had a really important event. We had pretty good communication before the event, although sometimes I thought she wasn't paying a ton of attention to the details in our messages. The first day she came was pretty good -- she seemed less experienced than I would have thought given her background, but my daughter was in a fussy mood, so it could also have been that. The second day, the actually event day, Hayley texted me 10 minutes before her scheduled arrival time and cancelled on me. She said she had been throwing up the night before, but I wasn't so sure -- why hadn't she texted me earlier if that was the case? It left me in a real bind. For someone like me where I absolutely need my caregiver to show up, I wouldn't hire Hayley again.
