We feel incredibly lucky to have found Haylei. From the very first day she has been dependable, caring, and wonderful with our kids. She shows up on time, communicates clearly, and always brings a positive energy to our home. Our children love her. She is patient, kind, and genuinely engaged with them - whether it's playing games, reading stories, or working on homework. She takes the time to sit down and help them. She also goes above and beyond by driving them to their baseball practices, always making sure they're there on time and have everything they need. It's such a relief knowing we can count on her to safely manage their schedule and support their activities. She is responsible, trustworthy, and handles situations with maturity.
