About Haylee

Hi! I'm Haylee, and I've always been passionate about working with children and families. I began my journey as a college intern at Walt Disney World, where I fell in love with creating magical moments that made both kids and their families feel seen, celebrated, and cared for. I went on to spend four years in park districts leading early childhood, after-school, and school break programs. In 2019, I became a Children's Manager, overseeing childcare operations and an intro to preschool program before transitioning to a corporate role. Now, I'm excited to return to meaningful work-supporting families, creating safe and joyful spaces for kids, and bringing purpose and heart to everything I do, always with healthy boundaries and clear communication.
