Hi, my name is Haylee! I have 4+ years of childcare experience, am CPR/First Aid certified, and a junior at NCAT. I love creating safe, fun, and engaging environments for kids through reading, crafts, swimming, and more. I'd describe my personality as caring, responsible & energetic. I love working with kids--helping them learn, grow, and explore while showing them their dreams are possible in a safe, fun environment. I'm looking for a job with flexible hours, open and respectful communication, and a safe, positive workplace. I've babysat since high school for consistent families who ask me back during breaks, and I value building lasting relationships. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, trying new restaurants, shopping, swimming, watching movies, and spending time with loved ones.
