My path to caregiving started at home, caring for my disabled father. That experience became my foundation. When I came to America, this work felt like a natural extension of my life. Since then, I've strengthened that personal foundation with skilled confidence. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I provide services such as errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I understand the importance of building a connection with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and I follow their preferred communication method. I have a college degree and a car.
