I am calm, dependable, friendly, and attentive to each client's preferences and routines. I communicate clearly through daily notes, text, or phone updates, based on the family's preference. Jay is an incredible caretaker. He worked with my dad for over a year and a half and has always gone above and beyond, providing shifts up to 12 hours a day. He is incredibly responsive and very kind. My Dad felt Jay was his friend more than a caretaker as they would talk often and also engage in activities together. Jay managed to take my dad outside to get fresh air, practice walking to keep his strength and coordination up and help him with meals when he needed it. He was also able to manage other caregivers as well as keep me updated with continuous information via text throughout each day. And whenever I texted him a question, he would respond immediately. My dad had dementia and some associated issues but Jay managed to keep him engaged, entertained and safe. I would trust Jay to take care of any loved one for any amount of time. After going through so many bad caretakers I felt very lucky to have found Jay. I highly recommend him.
