Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. I'm a patient and calm caregiver with three years of experience providing personal care, meal preparation and other ADLs. I respect the independence of those I care for. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I provide verbal updates during visits or check-ins and regular updates via text or phone call, always following the family's preferred communication method.
