Hi! My name is Haydon, and I'm a 30-year-old mother of 3 with over 12 years of childcare experience. My journey in caregiving began long before I became a mom, and has always been a passion of mine. I'm new to the area and excited to connect with families who are looking for dependable, nurturing, and experienced care. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have worked in the medical field and behavioral health so I have a strong foundation for understanding children's needs, physical and emotional. As a parent, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your children. I believe in a gentle, patient approach to caregiving, using positive reinforcement so children feel safe, confident, and supported as they grow. I do not smoke or drink, and I'm happy to work in homes with various routines, parenting styles, or special considerations.
