Hayden is nice and friendly; but I would not hire her again. Hired Hayden as a caregiver and she ghosted me after 2 weeks. She stated she had a family emergency, but would not communicate as to if she planned to return, how long she would be gone, etc. She made no efforts to communicate with me and left me in an unfavorable position. She does not currently demonstrate professional communication and is not dependable.
