About Hayden

Hi! My name is Hayden, and I'm a creative and emotionally attuned caregiver with a deep love for helping children grow, express themselves, and feel safe being who they are. I have 3 years of experience caring for children of all ages - from toddlers to preteens - and I take an intentional approach that blends art, psychology, and mindful communication. I love helping kids express themselves through creativity, whether that's painting, storytelling, music, outdoor play, or reflective activities that support emotional awareness and self- esteem. My personal background in psychology and communication has changed my outlook and direction in life. I am a passionate autodidact, some of my favorite writers are Carl Yung and Joe Dispenza. It now helps me understand and connect with each child's unique personality and needs. Families and organizations have described me as grounded, dependable, and intuitive - someone who brings both warmth and structure into any environment.
