About Haydee

I am a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant, with 20 yrs experience in various facilities including Skilled Care Nursing facilities, hospital settings and Home Health settings with an active BLS card. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, fun-loving and reliable. I want to work with seniors because I find deep purpose in supporting their well-being, learning from their life experiences, and helping them maintain dignity and quality of life. My grandmother raised me as a child. When she got injured and not be able to walk for 2 yrs. We, her grandkids, were her caregivers. I usually do chores around the house and gardening. I believe compassion and patience are absolutely essential in caregiving. The top three skills: patience, empathy and reliability.
